Key Highlights
The first day of the ski course begins upon your arrival in Gulmarg. A Phoenix Experiences representative will greet you at the airport and drive you to the picturesque Gulmarg resort. This scenic journey offers a glimpse of the natural beauty that awaits. Upon arrival, you’ll settle into a cozy cottage conveniently located near the ski slopes. After a refreshing evening, your instructor will host a welcoming session, introducing the course and providing safety guidelines along with a detailed outline of the week ahead. You’ll also have time to explore Gulmarg’s iconic locations and soak in its picturesque charm.
Over the next five days, you’ll focus on learning and practicing skiing. From mastering the basics to navigating beginner slopes with confidence, the program ensures you build a solid foundation. By the end of the course, you’ll feel capable and safe skiing on basic slopes anywhere in the world while enjoying the breathtaking winter landscapes of Gulmarg.

Inclusions
Accommodation: 6 nights in a resort or hotel (double/triple sharing).
Training: 5 full days of ski training from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Food: Daily breakfast and dinner included.
Ski Instructors: Certified instructors with a 1:3 to 1:4 instructor-to-student ratio.
Ski Equipment: Ski shoes, poles, and skis provided.
Insurance: Basic ski insurance coverage during lessons.
Exclusions
Personal Expenses: Souvenirs, snacks, and other purchases.
Transportation in Gulmarg: Local taxis and rides to ski slopes.
Ski Lift & Gondola Charges: Additional charges for accessing higher slopes.
Optional Equipment Rentals: Ski goggles (₹200/day), jacket (₹300/day), trousers (₹200/day), and gloves (₹100/day).

Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility:
70% Refund: Applicable for cancellations made 30 days or more before the event.
No Refund: Applies to cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

4. Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
5. Transaction Fees: Participants are responsible for any associated transaction fees.

Participants will be offered the choice to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
