Key Highlights

The UT Kangri Dual Peak Expedition is more than just a climb—it is a structured high-altitude training ground where your physical fitness, mental strength, and resilience are tested in a real expedition environment.

At 6,070m, UT Kangri serves as the perfect introduction to expedition-style mountaineering. It is challenging enough to push your limits, yet safe enough to learn and grow. The addition of a second peak (~5,800m) turns this into a complete mountain experience—one that exposes you to the realities of high-altitude climbing, including load carrying, progressive acclimatization, long summit pushes, fatigue management, and mental endurance.

This expedition is designed to teach you what the mountains demand:

  • How your body truly responds above 5,000m

  • How to pace yourself for long summit days (17–18 hours)

  • How to stay composed and make decisions under extreme fatigue

  • How to push beyond comfort—while staying in control

Leading this journey is Parth Upadhyaya—mountaineer, coach, founder of Phoenix Experiences, and Everest summiteer. With real expedition experience and a deep focus on building capable climbers, Parth brings structured training, on-ground mentorship, and a no-nonsense approach to preparing you for bigger mountains.
