• Alcoholic drinks, bottled/mineral water, snacks, laundry, personal phone calls, etc.

A non-refundable payment of 50% of the trek fee is required to confirm your participation. The remaining payment is due one month before the trek.
Booking & Payment Policy:
To confirm your spot, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid on or before 25th September 2025.
Cancellation Policy – Phoenix Experiences:
We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair and smooth for everyone, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Before 25th September 2025: 75% refund of the total trip cost.
After 25th September 2025: No refund possible, as bookings will be confirmed with local partners and accommodations.
Please note: The advance payment is non-refundable but can be adjusted against another Phoenix Experiences trip if cancelled before 25th September 2025.
