• Personal travel, health, or evacuation insurance
• Alcoholic drinks, bottled/mineral water, snacks, laundry, personal phone calls, etc.

To confirm your spot, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid on or before 21st February 2026
Cancellation Policy – Phoenix Experiences:
We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair and smooth for everyone, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Before 21st February 2026: 75% refund of the total trip cost.
After 21st February 2026: No refund possible, as bookings will be confirmed with local partners and accommodations.
Please note: The advance payment is non-refundable but can be adjusted against another Phoenix Experiences trip if cancelled before 21st February 2026
