Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility:

1. 70% Refund: Applicable for cancellations made 30 days or more before the event.

   
   

2. No Refund: Applies to cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

Cancellation Request:
3. Submission: Must be made in writing via email or through the designated cancellation form.
4. Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
5. Transaction Fees: Participants are responsible for any associated transaction fees.

Organizer's Cancellation Rights:
6. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:

• In case of unforeseen circumstances, organizers may cancel or reschedule the event.

• Participants will be offered the choice to either reschedule or receive a full refund.

7. Notification: Participants will be informed via email or phone as soon as possible.

8. Additional Expenses: Expenses such as travel or accommodation incurred by participants are not covered in case of cancellation.
